1150 NE 125th ST
Oldtown is under construction on a 195-unit market rate apartment along 125th Street in North Miami. The project will include 10,000+ square feet of ground level retail space and a luxury amenity deck for residents.

High & Cherry Apartments
In March 2025, Oldtown acquired High & Cherry Apartments, a 70-unit boutique rental community in downtown Columbus, OH. The luxury community offers high-end units, an amenity deck and two levels of heated garage parking.

1590 NE 123 ST
Oldtown is developing a 230-unit luxury apartment development at the southwest corner of 123rd Street and 16th Avenue adjacent to North Miami’s Whole Foods grocer.

Center Court Apartments
In August 2024, Oldtown acquired Center Court Apartments, a 330-unit apartment complex in the Worthington submarket of Columbus, OH. Oldtown is undergoing a $4 million renovation program to reposition the asset as a premier rental community in the market.

The Gardens Residences
Oldtown co-developed the Garden Residences, a 358 class-A apartment community located at 1155 NE 126th Street located in North Miami, FL.

The MarMain
In late 2020, Oldtown acquired Mar-Main Apartments, a 132-unit workforce housing asset located in the heart of South Bend, Indiana. This off-market transaction was directly negotiated with the seller, allowing Oldtown to secure a uniquely positioned property adjacent to Memorial Hospital—the metro’s largest employer—and within walking distance of Notre Dame, St. Mary’s, Holy Cross, and the University of Indiana-South Bend.
Originally constructed in 1922, this historic building features spacious units, high ceilings, and an abundance of natural light. Due to passive management, rental rates have remained some of the lowest in the market. To unlock the building’s full potential, Oldtown is undertaking a multimillion-dollar renovation program aimed at modernizing the units, enhancing building functionality, and introducing best-in-class management services, all while maintaining affordability for families earning 60-120% of the area median income (AMI).
