From humble beginnings, Oldtown planted its roots in Chicago’s Bridgeport neighborhood. Home to the Chicago White Sox, Bridgeport is a neighborhood in transition located on Chicago’s south side, immediately adjacent to the Pilsen and Bronzeville neighborhoods. Featured in the New York Times travel section as one of the five places to visit in Chicago, Bridgeport is home to both the Bridgeport and Zhoe B Art Centers, as well as recognized fusion cuisine in the Nana and Kimski restaurants. Since inception, Oldtown and its predecessor have acquired four buildings totaling 30 units, providing residents with well-managed, modernized living spaces at affordable rates.
