Anthony Hodes
Anthony Hodes is the President and Founder of Oldtown Capital Partners, where he leads the firm’s strategic vision and oversees its ground-up development platform. With extensive experience in institutional real estate investment and development, Anthony plays a pivotal role in driving the firm’s growth and success.
Before founding Oldtown, Anthony held several key positions in the real estate industry. He most recently worked with Related Companies in financial analysis and project management roles on the market-rate development team in Chicago. Prior to his time at Related, Anthony was involved in real estate private equity at Tribune Real Estate Holdings, where he honed his expertise in managing complex transactions and large-scale developments.
Recognized for his leadership and contributions to the industry, Anthony was named one of Chicago’s Latino 40 Under 40 by Negocios Now. He holds a B.A. in History from the University of Michigan.
